Colocasia or Arbi 250gm (boiled and cut), Bishops seeds or ajwain, Red chilli whole (2-3), Curd or yoghurt (200 gms), Salt to taste, Oil or Ghee, Red chilli flakes

Step by Step Colocasia Curd Recipe

Heat one teaspoon of oil or ghee in cooker then adds 1 – 2 teaspoons Bishop’s seeds or ajwain seeds. whole red chillies and toss it around. Once its start turning brown, add cut arbi. Give it a toss again. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes. Give it a mix then add curd or yoghurt mix, add less water to it if you want thick curry. Keep stirring and bring to boil. Make sure no lumps are formed. Serve hot with puri,  parantha or roti.
