 Carrot (1 diced), Tomatoes (4-6), Onion (1 chopped), Ginger (1 diced), Garlic pods (4-8), Black peppercorns (4-6), Bay leaves (2-3), Salt to taste, Butter and ghee

Step by Step Healthy Carrot Tomato Soup Recipe

1) Take kadhai or saucepan and add one tablespoon butter and 1/2 tablespoon ghee 
2) When hot add black peppercorns and bay leaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3) Now add onions and saute for a few minutes.
4) Afterwards add ginger and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.
5) Now add carrots and tomato
6) Add salt 
7) Now add water and cook for 20 minutes 
8) Now take a sieve and transfer veggies to a blender. Keep the cooking water aside. Make sure you remove bay leaves.
9) Now blend the content to a fine paste and transfer to kadhai again through a sieve so that it stays smooth 
10) Add the cooking water back to the kadhai and bring to boil for another 20 minutes.
11) Finally, add cream and sprinkle black pepper and serve it piping hot!!!
