In our busy schedules sometimes we have sugar cravings.  So if you are on keto,  this recipe can surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Keto mug cake is a delicious healthy alternative to regular chocolate cake. This is yummy and filling snack on the go.

Serving size: 1 person

Ingredients:

1) Almond flour (1, cup) 2) Egg (1, nos)  3) Cocoa powder unsweetened

(1 tablespoon) 4) Baking powder (1, teaspoon) 5) Stevia (2 teaspoons) 6) Salt (pinch) 7) Heavy cream (1/2 cup) 8) Butter 9) Vanilla extract.

5 Easy Steps to make Keto Mug Cake:

1) Take a coffee mug and add an egg.

2) Then Add melted butter and heavy cream in Mug.

3) Next, add almond flour and mix well, avoid lumps.

4) Add cocoa powder, baking powder,  stevia, salt and vanilla extract. Mix well so that no lumps form. If you don’t have stevia powder you can also use drops instead (2 drops). Stevia is a plant-based sugar substitute.

5) Microwave for 2 minutes. let it cool down and then add whipped cream on top.
